【摘要】:Thisdocument,usedtogetherwithEN1553,specifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofmounted,semi-mounted,trailedorself-propelledmachinesthathaveacombinationoftwoormoreofthefollowingfunctions:loading,mixing,choppinganddistributingsilageand/orotherfeedstuffs,tobeusedbyoneoperatoronly.Itincludesthosefittedwithabuilt-inloadingcrane.Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpractices(includingresidualrisks)tobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.Thisdocumentappliesonlytomachinesthathavethefollowingfunctionalcombinations:?mixinganddistributingfunctions;or?mixing,choppinganddistributingfunctions;or?loading,mixinganddistributingfunctions;or?loading,mixing,choppinganddistributingfunctions;or?choppinganddistributingfunctions;or?loading,choppinganddistributingfunctions.Silageblockcutters,eveniftheycarryoutasinglefunction,arecoveredbythisdocument.Itdoesnotapply:?tomachineswhichpickupgreenfodderdirectlyfromthefield;?toloadingcranes;?tosilagebuckets.NOTE1LoadingcranesaredealtwithinEN12999.NOTE2Silagebucketswillbedealtthroughanamendmentorduringnextrevision.Thisdocumentdealswithallthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomachinesforloading,mixingand/orchoppinganddistributingsilageand/orotherfeedstuffs,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufactureraslistedinclause4,exceptforthehazardsarisingfrom:?failureofthecontrolcircuit;?inadequateseating;?inadequatelighting;?impossibilityofstoppingthemachineinthebestpossibleconditions;?travellingofmachinery;?break-upofpartsrotatingathighspeed.Itisnotapplicabletoenvironmentalhazards(exceptnoise).Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletomachinesforloading,mixingand/orchoppinganddistributingsilageand/orotherfeedstuffswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
