【摘要】:Thisspecificationaddressesthetechnicalandsystemcomponentsofthetelehealthreferencearchitecturefortelelearningsystems(seeFigure7).Itdoessobydefiningtechnicalrequirementstobesatisfiedforacomplianttelelearningsystem.Acompliantsystemwillhelptoensurethatthetelelearningtechnologiesdeployedforhealthcaretelelearningarecapableofappropriatelysupportinganddeliveringdistancelearningaswellasinteroperatingwithdisparatetelelearningsystemsthatarealsocompliantwiththisspecification.Thisspecificationdealswithboththetelelearninginstructorandlearnersystemsandaddressestheinterfacesofthesesystemstotelecommunicationnetworks.Thespecificationalsofocusesontheuseofreal-timeinteractivecommunicationintelelearningsessions.Mostofthetelelearninglectureandstudymaterialaredeliveredanddistributedtoallthelearnerspriortoatelelearningsession.Thismaterialisusuallydeliveredinnon-realtimeusingthestore-and-forwardcommunicationsmodesuchasFTPdownload,email,faxorpostal/courierservices.Theuseofstore-and-forwardcommunicationstodeliverlearningmaterialisnotaddressedinthisspecification.Itisrecognizedthatatelecommunicationsnetworkisintegralandcriticalinthedeliveryoftelelearningservices(seeFigure1).Inorderforthetelelearningsystemstointeroperate,thenetworkneedstoprovidecertainservices.However,thenetworkservicerequirementisdiverseandcomplexanditisbeyondthescopeofthisspecification.Network-relatedissuesinthecontextoftelehealtharediscussedintheISOTechnicalReport,ISO/TR16056-2Interoperabilityoftelehealthsystemsandnetworks.
