【摘要】:Aknowledgeofthehydrocarboncomponentscomprisingapetroleumnaphtha,reformate,oralkylateisusefulinvaluationofcrudeoils,inalkylationandreformingprocesscontrol,inproductqualityassessment,andforregulatorypurposes.Detailedhydrocarboncompositionisalsousedasinputinthemathematicalmodelingofrefineryprocesses.Separationofnaphthacomponentsbytheproceduredescribedinthistestmethodcanresultinsomepeaksthatrepresentcoelutingcompounds.Thistestmethodcannotattributerelativeconcentrationstothecoelutants.Intheabsenceofsupportinginformation,useoftheresultsofthistestmethodforpurposeswhichrequiresuchattributionisnotrecommended.1.1ThistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofhydrocarboncomponentsofpetroleumnaphthasasenumeratedinTable1.Componentselutingaftern-nonane(bp150.8176;C)aredeterminedasasinglegroup.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletoolefin-free(60;2%olefinsbyliquidvolume)liquidhydrocarbonmixturesincludingvirginnaphthas,reformates,andalkylates.OlefincontentcanbedeterminedbyTestMethodD1319.Thehydrocarbonmixturemusthavea98%pointof250176;CorlessasdeterminedbyTestMethodD3710.1.3Componentsthatarepresentatthe0.05mass%levelorgreatercanbedetermined.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificwarningstatementsaregiveninSection7.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61340describesproceduresforevaluatingtheignitionriskpresentedbyelectrostaticdischargesfromFIBCtoflammableorexplosiveenvironments.TherequirementsofthisstandardareapplicabletoalltypesofFIBC,testedasmanufactured,priortousage,intendedforusewithoutlinersinflammableorexplosiveenvironmentswithminimumignitionenergyofmorethan0,14mJ,andwherethechargingcurrentsdonotexceed3,0|μA.NOTE0,14mJistheminimumignitionenergynormallyquotedformethanol.Althoughmoresensitivematerialsexist,methanolhasthelowestminimumignitionenergyofanymaterialthatislikelytobepresentwhenFIBCareemptied.3,0uAisthehighestchargingcurrentlikelytobefoundincommonindustrialprocesses.Thiscombinationofminimumignitionenergyandchargingcurrentrepresentsthemostsevereconditionsthatmightbeexpectedinpractice.Compliancewiththerequirementsofthisstandarddoesnotmitigatetheneedforfullriskassessment.Thetestmethodsincludedinthisstandardmaybeusedinassociationwithotherperformancerequirements,forexamplewhenariskassessmenthasshowntheminimumignitionenergyofconcernislessthan0,14mJorchargingcurrentsgreaterthan3,0uAarepresent.
