【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardistobeusedtogetherwithPart1andPart3andassuchtheyspecifygeneralconditions,requirementsandmethodstopreventhazardsofcranesbydesignandtheoreticalverification.Part3isonlyatpre-draftingstage;theuseofParts1and2isnotconditionaltothepublicationofPart3.NOTESpecificrequirementsforparticulartypesofcranearegivenintheappropdateEuropeanStandardfortheparticularcranetype.Thefollowingisalistofsignificanthazardoussituationsandhazardouseventsthatcouldresultinriskstopersonsduringnormaluseandforeseeablemisuse.Clause4ofthisstandardisnecessarytoreduceoreliminatetherisksassociatedwiththefollowinghazards:a)Rigidbodyinstabilityofthecraneoritsparts(tiltingandshifting).b)Exceedingthelimitsofstrength(yield,ultimate,fatigue).c)Elasticinstabilityofthecraneoritsparts(buckling,bulging).~,d)Exceedingtemperaturelimitsofmaterialorcomponents.e)Exceedingthedeformationlimits.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletocraneswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalbyCENofthisstandardandservesasreferencebasefortheEuropeanStandardsforparticularcranetypes.
