【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoversinformationformanufacture,construction,operationsandmaintenanceofaquaticplayequipmentandprovidessafetyperformancestandardsforvarioustypesofpublicaquaticplaycomponentsandaquaticplaycompositestructures.1.2Inclusions:1.2.1Climbableandclimb-resistantaquaticplaycomponents,compositeaquaticplaystructures,usercontrols,watersprays,fountains,andslidesthatoccuronwetdecksandwading,swimmingorleisurepools.Theplaycomponentsspecifiedhereinoccurforuseinaquaticplayareas.1.2.2Playequipment,fallzones,usezonesforwetdecks,wadingpools,swimmingpoolsandleisurepools.1.2.3ThisstandardisintendedtoapplytoAquaticPlayEquipmentthatislocatedinandaroundre-circulatedandpotablewaterrecreationalfacilities.Suchfacilitiesincludebutarenotlimitedtoamusementparks,themeparks,waterparks,familyentertainmentcenters,municipalswimmingpoolsandmunicipalparks.1.2.4Waterslides6ftinheightorsmaller.1.3Exclusions:1.3.1Playgroundequipmentthatdoesnothaveanentryoranexitontoorintoawetdeck,wadingpool,swimmingpooloraquaticrecreationpool.1.3.2HomeplaygroundorhomepoolequipmentorplayequipmentasscopedinConsumerSafetyPerformanceSpecificationF1148andANSI/NSPI-5.1.3.3WaterslidesasscopedinPracticeF2376-081.3.4Flotationdevicesusedonwaterslidesorinswimmingpools.1.3.5SwimmingpoolsasspecifiedbyANSI/NSPI-1orANSI/IAF-9.1.3.6Productsorfacilityelementsspecificallydesignedtoprovideaccesstoandfrompoolsforpeoplewithdisabilities.1.3.7Waterridessuchaslogflumes,raftrides,innertuberides,waterslidesorotherattractionswheretheparticipantsitsinavehicleorisphysicallypropelledormovedbyorwithwater.1.3.8Sportsequipment,fitnessequipment,anddivingequipment.1.4Compliance:1.4.1WherewaterisindirectlyordirectlyaddedorappliedtoConsumerSafetyPerformanceSpecificationF1487-07Aplayequipment,theequipmentshallcomplywiththisstandard.WherearequirementforcompliancetoasectionoftheConsumerSafetyPerformanceSpecificationF1487-07Astandardisrequiredbythisstandard,thesectionnumberisprecededwiththestandard''sdesignation.1.4.2SoftcontainedplaystructureswithaquaticplaycomponentsshallcomplywithSafetyPerformanceSpecificationF1918-04exceptasmodifiedbythisstandard.1.4.3Aquaticplaycomponentsandcompositeplaystructuresrepresented,ascomplyingwiththissafetyperformancestandardshallmeetallapplicablerequirementsspecifiedherein.Anyonerepresentingcompliancewiththisstandardshallkeepsuchessentialrecordsasarenecessarytodocumentanyclaimthattherequirementswithinthisstandardhavebeenmet.1.5Thisstandardincludesthefollowingsections:Scope
