【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovideselementsforproductconformityassessment.Criticaldefectsontools,devicesandequipmentforliveworkingarenotacceptable.Majordefectsontools,devicesandequipmentforliveworkingarelikelytoresultinfailureorinasignificantreductionoffunctionality,whileminordefectsdonotreducesignificantlythefunctionality.Thisstandarddefinesassessmentmethodsforproductshavingcompletedproductionphasetoassurethattheyconformtotherequirementsofthecorrespondingproductstandard.Itistobeusedinconjunctionwithliveworkingcorrespondingproductstandards.Thefollowingelementsarenotcoveredbythepresentdocument,butareincludedineachproductstandard:–typetests;–provisionsanddescriptionforsamplingandroutinetests;–theidentificationandclassificationofthecorrespondingdefectsresultingfromariskanalysis.
