【摘要】:ThispartofISO14649specifiestheprocessdatawhichisgenerallyneededforNC-programmingwithinallmachiningtechnologies.Thesedataelementsdescribetheinterfacebetweenacomputerisednumericalcontrollerandtheprogrammingsystem(i.e.CAMsystemorshop-floorprogrammingsystem).Ontheprogrammingsystem,theprogrammeforthenumericalcontrolleriscreated.Thisprogrammeincludesgeometricandtechnologicalinformation.ItcanbedescribedusingthispartofISO14649togetherwiththetechnology-specificparts(ISO14649-11,etc.).ThispartofISO14649providesthecontrolstructuresforthesequenceofprogrammeexecution,mainlythesequenceofworkingstepsandassociatedmachinefunctions.The“machining_schema”definedinthispartofISO14649containsthedefinitionofdatatypeswhicharegenerallyrelevantfordifferenttechnologies(e.g.milling,turning,grinding).Thefeaturesfornon-millingtechnologiesliketurning,EDM,etc.willbeintroducedwhenthetechnologyspecificpartslikeISO14649-12forturning,ISO14649-13forEDM,andISO14649-14forcontourcuttingofwoodandglassarepublished.Itincludesthedefinitionoftheworkpiece,afeaturecataloguecontainingfeatureswhichmightbereferencedbyseveraltechnologies,thegeneralexecutablesandthebasisforanoperationdefinition.Notincludedinthisschemaaregeometricitemsandrepresentations,whicharereferencedfromISO10303’sgenericresources,andthetechnology-specificdefinitions,whicharedefinedinseparatepartsofISO14649.ThispartofISO14649cannotstandalone.Animplementationneedsinadditionatleastonetechnologyspecificpart(e.g.ISO14649-11formilling,ISO14649-12forturning).Additionally,theschemausesmachiningfeaturessimilartoISO10303-224andISO10303-214.ThedescriptionofprocessdataisdoneusingtheEXPRESSlanguageasdefinedinISO10303-11.TheencodingofthedataisdoneusingISO10303-21.
