【摘要】:(1)EN1993-1-3givesdesignrequirementsforcold-formedthingaugemembersandsheeting.Itappliestocold-formedsteelproductsmadefromcoatedoruncoatedthingaugehotorcoldrolledsheetorstrip,thathavebeencold-formedbysuchprocessesascold-rolledformingorpress-braking.Itmayalsobeusedforthedesignofprofiledsteelsheetingforcompositesteelandconcreteslabsattheconstructionstage,seeEN1994.Theexecutionofsteelstructuresmadeofcold-formedthingaugemembersandsheetingiscoveredinEN1090.NOTE:TherulesinthispartcomplementtherulesinotherpartsofEN1993-1.(2)Methodsarealsogivenforstressed-skindesignusingsteelsheetingasastructuraldiaphragm.(3)Thispartdoesnotapplytocold-formedcircularandrectangularstructuralhollowsectionssuppliedtoEN10219,forwhichreferenceshouldbemadetoEN1993-1-1andEN1993-1-8.(4)EN1993-1-3givesmethodsfordesignbycaculationandfordesignassistedbytesting.Themethodsfordesignbycalucationapplyonlywithinstatedrangesofmaterialpropertiesandgeometricalproportionsforwhichsufficientexperienceandtestevidenceisavailable.Theselimitationdonotapplytodesignassistedbytesting.(5)EN1993-1-3doesnotcoverloadarrangementfortestingforloadsduringexecutionandmaintenance.(6)ThecalculationrulesgiveninthisstandardareonlyvalidifthetolerancesofthecoldformedmemberscomplywithEN1090-2

【摘要】:ISO14906:2004specifiestheapplicationinterfaceinthecontextofElectronicFeeCollection(EFC)systemsusingtheDedicatedShort-Rangecommunication(DSRC).TheEFCapplicationinterfaceistheEFCapplicationprocessinterfacetotheDSRCApplicationLayer.ISO14906:2004isapplicabletotheEFCattributes(i.e.EFCapplicationinformation);theaddressingproceduresofEFCattributesand(hardware)components(e.g.ICCandMMI);EFCapplicationfunctions,i.e.furtherqualificationofactionsbydefinitionsoftheconcernedservices,assignmentofassociatedActionTypevaluesandcontentandmeaningofactionparameters;theEFCtransactionmodel,whichdefinesthecommonelementsandstepsofanyEFCtransaction;thebehaviouroftheinterfacesoastoensureinteroperabilityonanEFC-DSRCapplicationinterfacelevel.Thisisaninterfacestandard,adheringtotheopensystemsinterconnection(OSI)philosophy(ISO/IEC7498-1),anditis,assuch,notconcernedwiththeimplementationchoicestoberealisedateithersideoftheinterface.ISO14906:2004providessecurity-specificfunctionalityasplaceholders(dataandfunctions)toenabletheimplementationofsecureEFCtransactions.Yetthespecificationofthesecuritypolicy(includingspecificsecurityalgorithmsandkeymanagement)remainsatthediscretionandunderthecontroloftheEFCoperator,andhenceisoutsidethescopeofISO14906:2004.
